, Oosterhout, Oss, Venray, Heerlen, Eindhoven, Tilburg, Venlo, Nieuwegein, Roermond, Lelystad or Roosendaal. As a warehouse associate at GXO, you can work in a variety of departments. As an order picker, you'll use a scanner to collect orders, often walking around and picking up boxes. As a packing worker, you will pack orders using a computer and a scanner. In the returns department, you will check the quality of returned products, and as an inventory worker, you will manage inventory and track missing items. You can also work in the allocation department, replenishment department, or inbound goods department.
Depending on your location, you can work day, afternoon and/or night shifts, allowing you to flexibly fit into your own schedule. During periods of increased demand, there may also be opportunities to work overtime, for example on another shift. Best of all, every overtime comes with extra pay, making it a great opportunity to increase your earnings!
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience driving an EPT, reach truck, or desire to be certified
- Openness to shift work
- Good physical condition
- Experience is not required, but previous work in a warehouse will be an additional advantage
- Good communication skills in English, Dutch and/or Polish (depending on location).
What are your tasksAs a warehouse worker, you will be trained to perform tasks such as:
- Picking, packing and sorting products in the warehouse
- Truck loading and unloading
- Preparing orders for shipment
- Quality check
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
- Working with your team to keep your day-to-day operations running smoothly
